My dear friend made this a lot when we were housemates. Its really yummy and really simple to make! Perfect for a hearty, but quick week night meal!

Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    (32 oz.) frozen tater tots
  • 3 can
    mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.
  • 2
    Mix ground beef with three cans of mushroom soup and spread in the bottom of a glass casserole or baking dish.

    Place tater tots on top of soup. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until desired tots reach desired crispness.

    Add cheese to top. Bake, uncovered an additional 10 minutes.
