Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 md
    onion diced
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup (when using smaller cans)
  • seasoned salt or meat tenderizer to flavor meat
  • 1/2 pkg
    tater tots
  • paprika for taste and pretty color sprinkled on top of tots

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Spray bottom of 9 by 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Flavor the meat with tenderizer or seasoned salt. Brown meat in skillet until no longer pink. Chop up onions and add to skillet and cook to add flavor. Drain and pour meat into dish. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Put tater tots on top of soup. Place them one by one in a row. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes..
