Ingredients For tangy meat balls

3 lblean ground beef

2eggs

1 can(12 oz) evaporated milk

1 tspsalt

1 cchopped onion

1/2 tspground pepper

1-1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1 tspliquid smoke flavoring (i use 1/2 tsp)
How To Make tangy meat balls

1Mix together first seven ingredients well. Shape into meat balls, (I use a ice cream scoop)place in two 9 x 13 x 2 baking pans. Bake uncovered at 375* for 30 min. Remove from oven and drain.

2In a sauce pan bring all sauce ingredients to a boil. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
