Ingredients For tamale pot pie
- MEAT MIXTURE:

1 lblean ground beef

10 ozpkg. frozen corn

1 can(15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained

2 ozcan sliced olives, drained

2 TbspBisquick baking mix

1 Tbspchili powder
-
2 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
- TOPPING:
-
1 cBisquick baking mix
-
1/2 cyellow cornmeal
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1egg
How To Make tamale pot pie

1In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining meat mixture ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.

2In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Spread topping mixture over meat.

3Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown.
