Ingredients For tacosagna

1 lbground beef/ turkey

1 smbell pepper

1 smonion
-
1 Tbspchili powder

1/2 tspcumin

1/2 tspground red pepper

1/2 tspthyme, dried

1 candiced tomatoes

1 canbeans, drained

1 ccorn, canned or frozen

1 pkgcream cheese
-
1 pkgtortillas, flour

1/4-1/2 ccheese, shredded
How To Make tacosagna

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Brown meat with onions and peppers until no longer pink.

3Add all spices and cook for 1-2 minutes.

4Add tomatoes, corn, and beans.

5Add the cream cheese and stir until combined and melted.

6In an oven proof baking dish (I use a 9in. spring form pan) place a small spoonful of mixture on bottom (or olive oil) and then top with a tortilla. Now layer the mixture and tortillas. I like to top mine with mixture and shredded cheese so the tortilla does not get too crunchy.

7Bake in oven for about 20-25 minutes until melty and delicious.
