Ingredients For taco stew

1 lblean ground beef

1 mdchopped onion

1 can15 oz whole kernel corn, undrained

1 can10 oz. diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained

1 can15 oz. bush's chili beans in chili sauce

1 cantomato soup, undiluted
-
1 cwarm water
-
tortilla chips or fritos
-
mexican blend shredded cheese
-
sour cream
How To Make taco stew

1Brown beef and drain well then rinse in warm water to remove excess fat. Combine all ingredients except the tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese. Put in dutch oven and simmer on low for 30 minutes.

2To serve, crumble tortilla chips or fritos on top of stew. Add shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
