Ingredients For taco ring

3/4 lbground beef
-
1--1.25oz pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
2 Tbspwater
-
2 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls

1 mdgreen bell pepper
-
1 csalsa
-
3 cshredded lettuce
-
1 mdtomato, seeded and chopped
-
1/4 cchopped onion
-
1/2 csliced pitted ripe olives
-
sour cream for garnish
How To Make taco ring

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2In a medium skillet, cook and stir beef over medium high heat until browned. Remove from heat; pour off drippings.

3Stir in seasoning mix, cheese and water, set aside.

4Unroll crescent dough, separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on greased 14-inch pizza pan with wide ends overlapping in center and points toward outside. (there should be 5-inch diameter opening in center.

5Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle.Bring outside points of triangles down over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center.(filling will not be completely covered.)

6Bake 20-25 mins. or until golden brown.

7Cut top off bell pepper using a V-shaped zigzag pattern. Place pepper in center of ring. Fill with salsa. Mound lettuce, tomato, onion and olives on top of ring surrounding bell pepper.

8Cut ring; serve garnished with sour cream.
