Ingredients For taco monkey bread

1 lblean (at least 80%) ground beef

1 Tbsptaco seasoning mix

2 canflaky layers refrigerated biscuits

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)

1/2 cchopped tomato
-
1/4 cchopped red onion
-
1 Tbspchopped cilantro
-
1 mdlime, squeezed (1 to 2 tablespoons juice)

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cshredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 csour cream
How To Make taco monkey bread

1Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan.

2Cook ground beef in large skillet with taco seasoning over medium-high heat. Cook until meat is browned. Set aside.

3Cut biscuits into quarters. Toss biscuit pieces with ground beef & cheddar cheese in large mixing bowl. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

4Toss the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.

5On a serving plate, place lettuce and invert the bread onto lettuce. Top with sour cream and tomato mixture.
