My family loves taco mac and cheese and they are so good and cheesy and tasty. You can use elbow or shell macaroni.

Ingredients For taco mac & cheese

1 lbground beef

2 3/4 cwater

1/3 cketchup

1 1/2 tspchili powder

2 c(8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked

1/2 lbvelveeta cheese, cut up
How To Make taco mac & cheese

1Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in water, ketchup and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender and water is almost absorbed. Add prepared cheese product, cook until melted, stirring frequently. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips, chopped green onions and tomatoes, if desired.
