Ingredients For taco cups

1 lbground beef

1 pkg(1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix

1 csalsa

2 ccheddar cheese,divided

3(16 oz.) containers of jumbo buttermilk biscuits

1 cshredded lettuce
-
1/2 ctomatoes
-
1 csour cream
How To Make taco cups

1In large skillet over medium-high heat,cook and crumble beef until no longer pink;drain off grease.

2Add seasoning according to package directions;stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese.Set aside.

3Using 2 muffin pans, press biscuits into each muffin well and up sides.Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese. 4.Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.Serve with lettuce,tomatoes and sour cream.
