I have won a few chili challenges with this recipe. The corn and the ranch powder sound so odd in here but they are the perfect addition to something that is already so yummy! Margarita or sangria compliment this meal nicely.

Ingredients For taco chili

1 lbground beef
-
1 canblack beans
-
1 canpinto beans
-
1 cankidney beans

1 canpetite diced tomatoes

1 canrotel tomatoes with green chilis

1 smchopped onion
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 pkgranch seasoning (powdered)

1 1/2 ctomato juice
-
1bag of corn (yellow or white)

1 Tbspchili powder
How To Make taco chili

1Brown the ground beef with onions and drain

2To one large pot add ground beef and tomato juice

3Add black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans. DO NOT DRAIN!

4Then add tomatoes, Rotel, taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, corn and chili powder

5Bring to a boil while stiring and then turn down to low
-
6Cover and simmer for at least 1 hour (the longer the better)

7Top with •Fritos or Tortilla chips •Sour cream •Shredded cheese •green onion
