Ingredients For taco casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck, cooked
  • 1 can
    refried beans
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 jar
    salsa how ever hot you want
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 box
    corn muffin mix

How To Make taco casserole

    In a large skillet brown ground beef until no longer pink,drain. Add taco seasoning,refried beans,salsa to the skillet mix well.

    pour the beef mixture in to a 13x15 casserole dish.Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.Make the corn muffin mix according to package directions.Pour on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes til the corn bread is done and casserole is bubbling

    can be served with shredded lettus, chopped tomatoes,slice green onion,and sour cream
