I was making a cabbage soup that morphed into this. My family raved about it and I have made it ever since. Great served with Hawaiian sweet rolls. I always cook to taste so spice measurements are not exact on this, you will have to tweak it to taste. This is actually a really easy soup.

Ingredients For taco cabbage stew

1 lbhamburger
-
2 canbeef broth
-
2sm. head of cabbage, cut as desired

2 cangreen beans
-
2 cansweet corn, or use frozen

2 candiced tomatoes

1sweet onion, diced
-
1 cgarden fresh gourmet salsa

3 clovegarlic
-
1 Tbspcumin, more or less to taste. it's supposed to taste taco-y

2 tspchili powder
-
dash of cayenne (optional... for heat)

salt and pepper to taste

water
How To Make taco cabbage stew

1Brown hamburger in the bottom of a large pot and then add veggies and pour in water until almost covering vegetables. The cabbage will cook down. Bring to a boil and then simmer covered. Add more water if needed. Add spices to taste and mix well.
