This is a scrumptious way to use up leftover taco beef! I usually fix extra ground beef when i make tacos so i can freeze it and make this casserole the following week.

Ingredients For tac-ole bubble bake

  • 2-12 oz
    can biscuits, quarted
  • 1/2-1 lb
    ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
  • 1-1/2 c
    medium to hot salsa ( your choice )
  • 1 c
    shredded mexican cheese
  • optional: sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes

How To Make tac-ole bubble bake

  • 1
    Arrange biscuit quarters in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick veggie spray. Spread beef or turkey or leftover taco beef ) evenly over biscuits.Spoon salsa over beef or turkey; top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 to 45 mins. Garnish as desired. Serves 4-6
