These ribs are a family favorite! They are so tender they fall off the bone and the flavor is perfect.

Ingredients For sweet-n-sour ribs

  • 2 lb
    baby back ribs
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    minced ginger
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 3 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1 c
    water

How To Make sweet-n-sour ribs

    Cut ribs into individual rib portions. Place ribs into a large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.

    Heat a deep sauce pan or electric skillet, add oil, and stir-fry ribs until browned.

    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
