Ingredients For sweet n sour pepper meatballs

2 lbground hamburger ( i use 93%)

1 can12 oz. evaporated milk

2 coatmeal
-
1 lgonion, chopped, fine
-
2jalapeno peppers, chopped, fine
-
2 tspsalt
-
2 1/2 tspchili powder
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
2eggs
-
sauce ingredients:

2 cketchup
-
1 cbrown sugar
-
1onion, chunked
-
3red and green bell peppers, chunked

1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
How To Make sweet n sour pepper meatballs

1In a very large mixing bowl, place hamburger and all the other ingredients, then mix with clean hands thoroughly... mix very well;;

2Turn oven on to 350* while waiting for that to heat, gives you time to make the meatballs; make balls into about 2" balls and place on a large cookie sheet.. this recipe will make about 20 or so..

3Bake in oven 40 min, or until browned lightly..While they are baking; you will have time to make the sauce: Cut up your onion and green peppers, and place in a medium size sauce pan with the other sauce ingredients stir well.. Place on burner at med. level.. bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until pepper and onion are no longer crisp..remove from heat.

4Take your crockpot out, and when the meatballs are done, spoon them into the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.. put on low about 2 hours, then turn to warm until ready to serve.. serve with rice or noodles.. and a salad.. Enjoy
