1 Tbspoyster sauce

1 Tbspsherry

1 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 1/2 tspketchup

1 Tbsprice wine vinegar

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspcooking oil

3/4 lbsirloin steak, sliced into 1/8 inch thin strips

4green onions, halved length and cut into 2 inch pieceswise

1 tsptoasted sesame seeds
How To Make sweet and tangy mandarin beef

1In a bowl combine soy sauce into cornstarch and stir to make a slurry. Add soy sauce through garlic powder to slurry and mix well. Set aside.

2Heat a wok or skillet on medium high heat. Add cooking oil and heat until shimmering. Add beef strips and stir-fry until no pink remains.

3Add green onion and stir-fry until soft. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to meat and onions. Bring to a boil until thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
