Adopted this recipe! Ok I was going thrue this recipe and I found out that this recipe is from CDKitchen..So its a true recipe and I will make it as soon as I buy ingredients!

Ingredients For surprise cheeseburgers

  • HAMBURGERS
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 tsp
    onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • FILLING INGREDIENTS
  • 5 oz
    processed cheese spread
  • 2 Tbsp
    pickle relish, sweet
  • 2 tsp
    mustard

How To Make surprise cheeseburgers

  • 1
    PREPARATION: For hamburgers, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape to form 12 thin patties. For filling, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spread filling on center of 6 of the patties. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal. Place in broiler about 4 inches from source of heat. Cook about 7 minutes. Turn and cook about 5 minutes longer. Serve on toasted hamburger buns.
