Ingredients For everyday meatloaf

3 lbground chuck
-
1 tspgranulated garlic
-
1/2 tspgranulated onion
-
1 Tbspmrs. dash original blend

salt & pepper to taste

1/2sleeve of cracker crumbs, crushed

2egg
-
1/2 ctomato sauce mix
- TOMATO SAUCE MIX
-
2 can(4oz) tomato sauce, no salt added
-
1/2 tspbold & spicy mustard
-
1/3 cmolasses
-
1/4 cworchestshire sauce
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, packed
-
1/2 tspgranulated garlic
-
1/4 tspgranulated onion
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspmrs. dash original blend

1/2-1 cwater
How To Make everyday meatloaf

1In small saucepan mix together TOMATO SAUCE MIX ingredients well, EXCEPT water. Add the water AFTER you add about 1/2 c of this mix to meatloaf mix. Then heat sauce on low until meatloaf is done.

2In a large bowl add meat, spices, cracker crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and eggs until combined. Add just enough TOMATO SAUCE MIX to make meat moist, but not too wet. Mix together well. Form into a loaf and place in baking dish, bake 350º for about 1 hr - 1 1/2 hrs. or until internal temp reaches 155-160º. Brush sauce on top about every 15 minutes while baking.
