One of my family's favorites!!! I developed this recipe by experimenting with my favorite hamburgers in mind. The spicy sauce on top is excellent with the meatloaf.

Ingredients For summer's meatloaf

2 lbhamburger 80%

1/2 cshredded chedder cheese

2eggs, beaten

4 clovegarlic, minced

dashsalt and pepper

1/2 pkgbacon, cooked and chopped into pieces

1 cketchup
-
4 Tbspfranks red hot sauce

1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make summer's meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 400. Mix everything but ketchup and hot sauce together. Don't mix to much just until combined. It's best to break up the hamburger before adding rest of ingredients this helps. Form into loaf into 9 X 13 casserole pan.

2In separate bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce. Spread on top of meatloaf.

3Bake in oven until no longer pink inside. Usually about 50 minutes. If you make the loaf really thick, it takes longer to bake.

4best when served with mashed potatoes. Enjoy. This also makes wonderful meatloaf sandwiches the next day.
