Ingredients For stuffing casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef - raw
  • 1 lg
    onion - chopped
  • 2 c
    celery - chopped
  • 1 can
    mushrooms - large can - drained
  • 1 pkg
    stuffing mix, chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup

How To Make stuffing casserole

  • 1
    Mix together in a large casserole or dutch oven the ground beef, onion, celery and large can of mushrooms. Top with the stuffing cubes. ADD NO WATER.

    In medium size bowl, mix together the soups. DO NOT DILUTE. Pour over the top of the mixture in the casserole dish.

    Cover and bake in 350* oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

    You may add a can of vegetables if you like. Mixed vegetables works well.
