A friend of mine told me about this and it is so good. Almost like lasagna without the noodles.

Ingredients For stuffed zucchini

1large zucchini more if needed
-
1onions, small white
-
sauce of choice, i used spaghetti sauce that i had made and canned
-
cheese of choice
-
1 clovegarlic
-
fresh basil & sage chopped if desired

chopped aspheragus
How To Make stuffed zucchini

1slice down the middle and remove inside of zucchini.

2Brown meat used (I use ground beef) and stir fy with onions, garlic and other items of choice.

3Lay zucchini in dish, add beef mixture, cheese of choice and sauce of choice.

4Cook until zucchini is tender at about 425 degrees

5I cooked my zucchini alone for about 10 minutes before I added other ingrredients

6You can play with this as you go. I always play with items like this according to what I know my family will enjoy and finding flavors that go well together
