A friend of mine told me about this and it is so good. Almost like lasagna without the noodles.

Ingredients For stuffed zucchini

    large zucchini more if needed
  • 1
    onions, small white
  • sauce of choice, i used spaghetti sauce that i had made and canned
  • cheese of choice
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • fresh basil & sage chopped if desired
  • chopped aspheragus

How To Make stuffed zucchini

    slice down the middle and remove inside of zucchini.
  • 2
    Brown meat used (I use ground beef) and stir fy with onions, garlic and other items of choice.

    Lay zucchini in dish, add beef mixture, cheese of choice and sauce of choice.

    Cook until zucchini is tender at about 425 degrees

    I cooked my zucchini alone for about 10 minutes before I added other ingrredients

    You can play with this as you go. I always play with items like this according to what I know my family will enjoy and finding flavors that go well together
