Ingredients For stuffed meatloaf

2 lbground beef
-
4eggs
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
3 Tbsporegano
-
2 Tbspbasil
-
salt and pepper to taste
-
1 cdry bread crumbs
-
mix all the above
-
asparagus spears and hard boiled eggs as stuffing
How To Make stuffed meatloaf

1Flatten out the beef to about 11/2 inch. Fill center with your favorite filling. Fold each end of beef to the top & crimp to seal filling. Place meatloaf in a wax paper to make a roll, seal the ends. Now roll the meatloaf in foil, place it on a sheet pan & bake at 350 degrees until cooked. Should take about 40 minutes. Let it set after cooking for 15 minutes. Open & slice to the thickness you like Top with your best gravy. ENJOY
