Ingredients For stuffed meatloaf

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 1/4 c
    breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sm
    balls fresh mozarella cheese
  • 8 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish

How To Make stuffed meatloaf

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire salt and pepper together. Shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan.

    Take the Mozzarella balls and press them down into the meatloaf fully covered by the meat. Pour the sauce over the top
  • 3
    Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Top with parsley
