Ingredients For stuffed meatloaf

for the meatloaf:

4 lbs. ground beef

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
-
½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. ground black pepper

½ tsp. paprika
-
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
-
½ tsp. garlic powder
-
½ cup milk
-
1 cup oats
-
2 eggs
-
for the stuffing:
-
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
-
3 cloves garlic - chopped
-
3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
-
½ cup marinated peppers – sliced thin
-
4 oz. mozzarella cheese – shredded
-
¼ tsp. salt
-
¼ tsp. black pepper
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
for the glaze:
-
2 tablespoons honey
-
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
-
2 tablespoons ketchup
How To Make stuffed meatloaf
-
1For the Meatloaf: In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well. For The Stuffing: On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings. Heat until the garlic is fragrant. Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl. Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese. Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing. For the Glaze: Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix. Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end. Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
