I came up with this recipe after eating something similar at a meal we had at work. It became one of Seth's favorite meals.

Ingredients For stuffed beef tenderloin

1whole beef tenderloin

4 ozcream cheese, softened

1 tsponion powder

1 tsplawry's seasoning salt

2 Tbspjalapeno peppers, chopped

2 Tbsptony chachere;s seasoning

1 Tbsplouisiana hot sauce

1 tspminced garlic
-
4 ozyellow mustard
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

1 tspsalt

1/2 cmargarine, softened

1 lbbacon
-
2 tspdehydrated onion flakes

3 Tbspgreen onions, chopped

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspjalapeno pepper juice
How To Make stuffed beef tenderloin

1Split the tenderloin down the middle, but not all the way through.

2Combine the cream cheese with the seasonings, vegetables, and jalapeno pepper juice.

3Sprinkle the inside of the tenderloin with Tony's seasoning; then stuff with cream cheese mixture.

4Rub outside of tenderloin with the yellow mustard. Wrap in bacon slices. Secure with toothpicks. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours or until done.
