A dear friend of mine made this for my family after I had had a serious surgery and it has become a family favorite ever since. Easy and impressive meal.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This dish is surprisingly easy to prepare and very tasty.  I would happily serve it to guests along with a tossed salad. What a meal!

  • 3
Place 2 slices of cheese in center of rectangle. Spoon half of beef mixture on top of cheese, (you can top with 2 more slices of cheese if you like a lot of cheese).
