We have a broken oven. I was tired of the same ole foods. So I brain stormed and came up with this stove top meal. And it works great!!!

Ingredients For stove top meat loaf
- MEAT LOAF

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 conions

1/4 cbellpepper

2 lgeggs

1 cbread crumbs, dry

1/2 Tbsporegano

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspgarlic
- GLAZE

1 smcan of tomatoe sauce

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar
How To Make stove top meat loaf

1Mix meat, two eggs, bread crumbs, onions, bell pepper in a bowl, season to taste. I recommend half teaspoon of oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Ball meat up into tiny loaves. Place into a deep frying pan. Brown on both sides. Then mix the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar. Pour ingredients over loaves and cover cook for about 30-45 minutes depending on how big of loaves you make.
