1 smonion, chopped

2 cfrozen mixed veggies

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/2 canfill 1/2 the soup can with milk

1 tspgarlic powder

2 tspbeef soup base
-
3-4 cmashed potatoes

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make stove top cottage pie

1In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion over medium heat; drain.

2Stir in the thawed mixed veggies. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 5 minutes.

3Stir together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic poswer and beef boullion granules until well blended; stir into ground beef mixture. Cook over medium heat; stirring frequently for until well combined.

4Spread mashed potatoes over the top; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook just until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
