Ingredients For steakhouse casserole

3 lbsmall red potatoes

1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

1 ccrumbled bacon bits

2 Tbspavocado oil

2 lbcubed beef stew meat

2 Tbspsteak seasoning

2 tspgarlic powder
-
3 Tbspsteak sauce mixed with brown sugar

1 cheavy whipping cream
-
1/2 cmilk

8 ozcream cheese,softened
-
3 Tbsphoney mustard
-
1 jarprocessed cheese sauce
-
8 ozsharp cheddar cheese,shredded

1 Tbspminced chives
How To Make steakhouse casserole

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat the sides and bottom of 8-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

2Add red potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, cool, and cut into quartered on each potatoes.

3Place quartered red potatoes in a prepared baking dish. Season with sea salt/black pepper and add bacon bits; mix well.

4Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add cubed beef stew meat, cook, and saute for 7 minutes until is no longer pink.

5Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, and steak sauce/brown sugar. Remove from heat and set aside.

6In a large bowl combine heavy whipping cream, milk, cream cheese, honey mustard, and processed cheese sauce; whisk together for 3 minutes until completely blended.

7Pour into red potato mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly. Add the cubed beef mixture on top.

8Sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and minced chives. Cover with aluminum foil.

9Bake in preheated for 50 minutes; remove foil and continue baking until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned about 10 minutes.
