Ingredients For steak sandwich

  • 1 pkg
    beef sirloin steak, boneless
  • 1 pkg
    french bread loaf
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic in oil
  • 1 tsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 dash
    curry powder
  • 1 dash
    creole seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 dash
    salt and pepper
  • 1 dash
    paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 md
    onion

How To Make steak sandwich

    Cut steak into strips on chopping board used for meats only.Set aside and bleach and clean up your board.

    I use a cast iron frying pan to put steak into a dry pan.Stir fry till pan is dry on med. heat.Then add into pan the 3 TBSP olive oil,and all the spices(with a 1/2 of of a sweet onion,sliced thin. Cook till well flavored.

    Melt some butter,add garlic(fresh or jarred in oil,minced up if fresh and only 1/2 a clove)Microwave 4 seconds.

    then cut open your french bread on one side and spread butter garlic mixture on it,(toast under broiler if you wish)1/2 a min.

    Then slather on steak mixture and enjoy.Feeds two people.
