This is a recipe my whole family loves. It is very easy and so yummy with either egg noodles or rice. I have even made this while camping with great success.

Ingredients For steak san marco

3 lbcubed steak, cut into 1/2" strips

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
2 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1 can(29 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, oregano, & garlic

1 pkgdry beefy onion soup mix
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
hot cooked egg noodles or rice
How To Make steak san marco

1In a large electric skillet (set at 350 degrees), heat oil and red wine vinegar.

2Add steak strips and cook until no longer pink.

3Reduce heat to simmer (200 degrees); then add tomatoes (do not drain), soup mix, garlic, oregano, and black pepper. Cover and cook for about 1 1/2 hours until liquid is reduced and meat is very tender, stirring occasionally.

4Serve over hot cooked egg noodles or rice.
