Ingredients For steak roll ups

1.5 lbround steak

1.33 cwater
-
10.75 ozcream of mushroom soup, condensed

2 Tbspcooking oil

1 cflour
-
1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspdried parsley flakes

1/2 ccelery, chopped
-
2 cfresh bread cubes

1/4 cbutter, melted
-
1/4 conion, chopped

3/4 tspbrowning sauce
How To Make steak roll ups

1Pound steak to 1/3 inch thickness.

2Cut into six pieces.

3Combine the next eight ingredients; mix well.

4Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up and fasten with a toothpick.

5Roll in flour.

6In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil.

7Combine soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour over roll-ups.

8Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender, turning occasionally.
