Ingredients For steak & rice casserole

2 lbround steak -- chopped up into chunks

1 smonions -- chopped

3celery stalks -- diced

1 smgreen pepper -- chopped

1/2 cmushrooms

1 (15 oz) cantomatoes w/ chiles

1 cuncooked rice
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 tspchili powder

2 tspgarlic salt

1 tsppepper
How To Make steak & rice casserole

1Brown first 5 ingredients together with seasonings.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Turn into greased casserole and cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until rice is tender).
