Ingredients For steak & rice casserole

  • 2 lb
    round steak -- chopped up into chunks
  • 1 sm
    onions -- chopped
  • 3
    celery stalks -- diced
  • 1 sm
    green pepper -- chopped
  • 1/2 c
    mushrooms
  • 1 (15 oz) can
    tomatoes w/ chiles
  • 1 c
    uncooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make steak & rice casserole

  • 1
    Brown first 5 ingredients together with seasonings.
  • 2
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • 3
    Turn into greased casserole and cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until rice is tender).
