Ingredients For steak and vegetables over rice

1/4 cbrown sugar,packed

1/4 cfresh lemon juice

1/4 ccanola oil
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
3 clovewhole garlic
-
dash basil
-
2 1/2 lbbeef top sirloin steak, cut bite size
-
24grape tomatoes
-
24button mushrooms
-
1 lggreen or red bell pepper, diced

2 smzucchini squash, cut in coins
-
1 mdonion, cut in wedges
-
2-3 Tbspinstant potato buds
-
hot cooked rice for 10 servings
How To Make steak and vegetables over rice

1In a large resealable plastic freezer bag, combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. place all remaining ingredient into bag and seal. Turn bag to coat all meat and vegetables. Refrigerate overnight turning whenever possible. Discard whole cloves.

2In a large skillet with 3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil stir fry meat until cooked and browned on all sides. Add vegetables and stir fry until cooked through and tender. Add the marinade and thicken with the potato buds. Serve over rice.
