Ingredients For sriracha beef and kale

2 lbbeef--cubed

2 cfresh kale, chopped, stems removed

1 cpurple cabbage, chopped

6button mushrooms, minced
-
1/2red onion, chopped

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 colive oil
-
6medium potatoes boiled
-
1/4 stickbutter
-
1/2 csour cream
-
2/3 cmilk
-
to taste tspsriracha

1 dashsalt
How To Make sriracha beef and kale

1Boil the potatoes until soft, to make mashed potatoes.

2In a large pan, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil.

3Add Kale, Sriracha and salt. stir and cover. Cook on medium until Kale is tender.

4Add Beef cubes and cabbage. Again add Sriracha. Cover and stir occasionally. Till beef is done.

5Mash potatoes until smooth and add salt, butter, sour cream and milk.

6Serve with beef and kale on bottom and mashed potatoes on top (shepard's pie style).
