Ingredients For spinach roll ups

  • 2 pkg
    croissants
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder with parsley
  • 2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 pkg
    spinach, frozen, thawed (10 oz box)

How To Make spinach roll ups

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Cook the ground beef and spinach drain them and mix them together. Add Garlic Powder and Red Pepper Flakes.

    Take two of the rolls and make them into a kite shape put the mixture in put cheese on top and then fold them shut.

    Put in the oven utill they brown then put tomatoe sauce and cheese on top put back in the oven till cheese melts.
