This recipe came from a local grocery store. I wondered if it would be too spicy, but it truly wasn't so don't be afraid of the Siracha. We first serviced it with grilled steak, rice and mukimake (shelled edamame) and we decided it was now our all-time favorite sauce.

2 Tbsplight soy sauce

1-1/2 tsptoasted sesame oil

1 tspminced fresh ginger

1 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspsiracha sauce

1 Tbspsugar

1-1/2 tspsesame seeds
How To Make spicy sesame korean sauce

1Combine all ingredients, cover & refrigerate for about 1 hour.

2Before serving, take sauce out of the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.

3This is delicious with beef or chicken. I've also used it as a sauce with scrambled eggs.
