this is super easy and since it goes in the crock-pot I'm sure your gonna love it. It really is awesome. you can omit the hot peppers,then add them later. but OMG... Killer sandwich....

Ingredients For spicy italial beef

    boneless chuck roast 3-4 pounds, fat trimmed
  • 1 12oz jar
    banana hot peppers, mild-hot
  • 1 14 oz can
    beef broth
  • 1 12 oz bottle
    beer,
  • 1
    onion, minced,
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1
    loaf french bread, cut into thick slices

    Add beef, jar of hot bananna peppers,broth,beer,onion and Italian Seasonings to slow cooker; do not stir. Cover;cook on LOW 8 TO 10 HRS. on HIGH; 4 TO 6

    REMOVE MEAT from cooker; shred with two forks. return shredded meat to slow cooker and really mix it good. serve the meat on French bread with extra sauce from your crock-pot. put some extra's on your sandwich, and yummy!!!!!
