I was on a mission tonight to make Shepherd's Pie and wanted to create the flavors of a pie I had a few days ago. Well, so far this is the closest I could come to it. I love how this cuts out a step and makes it even faster to get this meal on the table for your hungry family to eat. I did kick it up on the amount of veggies cause I know the more the healthier. Now feel free to make this your own and add the veggies you want and the seasonings you love. This is just what we love to eat but it really is a versatile meal and can be custom fit for your family too.
