1 lbvery lean ground beef (90/10 works great)

1each green, yellow, and red bell pepper, chopped

1onion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced or pressed

2 smpotatoes, chopped into about 1/2 inch cubes

2 mdtomatoes, chopped

8 ozcan tomato sauce

2/3 cchopped spanish olives

1 canmushrooms
-
1/2 cbeef broth
-
1 Tbsphot sauce, i use old bay hot sauce

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspseasoning salt
-
1 tsporegano, dried
-
1/2 tspcajun seasoning

2 chot cooked rice
How To Make spanish beef hash

1In a large stock pot or Dutch oven, over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, peppers, onion, and garlic until beef is cooked through. Stir occasionally to help break up the beef.

2Add the rest of the ingredients, except rice, to pot. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir well occasionally.

3Serve with rice.
