Ingredients For souvlaki salad

6 ozsirloin steak

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 tspred wine vinegar ( 1 tsp reserved)

1 tsporegano
-
1 clovegarlic grated
-
4 Tbspevoo ( 3 tbs reserved)

2 ozfeta cheese
-
10cherry tomatoes cut in half

1 Tbspdiced red onion
-
1/2medium cucumber cut into 1/8 inch slices

1/2 tsppepper
-
2 csalad greens
How To Make souvlaki salad

1In a freezer bag combine the steak,1 TBS olive oil,lemon juice, garlic, 1 tsp of the red wine vinegar ,oregano and mix around and coat the steak evenly. Place in refrigerator 1 hour or overnight.

2In a small bowl combine the reserved EVOO, red wine vinegar,pepper and whisk until emulsified. Place the tomatoes,cucumbers,red onion,olives and feta cheese and mix thoroughly. This can also set in refrigerator overnight.

3Take steaks out and allow to come up to room temperature. Place a grill pan on a medium to high heat and add a little oil. Cook steak until desired doneness.

4Arrange salad greens on a plate and place entire steak or cut steak on top of greens and pour over the feta-cucmber salad.
