2 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 Tbspbutter

1 1/14 cchopped onion

1 (16) ozjar old el paso thickn'chunky salsa

1(16) ozcan bush chili beans(mild sauce)

1(16) ozbirds eye frozen sweet corn,thawed

!/2 cketchup
-
1 tspgranulated garlic
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
2 pkginstant mashed potatoes

1 cshredded cheddar
How To Make southwestern shepherd's pie

1In a skillet with 1 table spoon of butter brown ground beef and onion.In a large bowl mix the salsa chili beans,corn,ketchup, granulated garlic and salt.Add ground beef and onion.

2Mix well.Grease a 9 by13 inch casserole dish and spead the mixture evenly in pan.

3Mix the packs of potatoes according to the package.Spread the potatoes over the top of the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
