1/4 cblack olives, pitted and sliced

1 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

1/2 Tbspgreen chiles, chopped

1/2 cpicante sauce

2 lgeggs

1/2 cbread crumbs, plain

1 tspsouthwest seasoning, picante seasoning

2green onions, chopped

1/2 ccorn, frozen

pinchcayenne pepper

1 tspsalt

1/8 cgreen pepper, chopped

1/4 conion, chopped

1 cchili sauce
How To Make southwestern meatloaf

1I used 1 teaspoon of southwest seasoning as a substitution for the picante seasoning it tasted just fine.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, frozen corn, green onion, picante seasoning, bread crumbs, eggs, picante sauce, green chiles, cheese, olives and chili sauce.

4Mix well with your hands.

5Place into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
