8 ozspaghetti

1/2 cmilk

1 lgegg beaten

1 lbground beef, or ground venison
-
1/2red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper chopped

2jalapenos seeded and chopped

1 mdonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced
-
1 Tbspnew mexico red chili powder

1 tspeach cumin and mexican oregano

2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper

28 oz cans tomato sauce

1 ceach shredded monterey jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make southwestern baked spaghetti

1Cook spaghetti in salted water and drain. Mix milk and egg together and stir in the spaghetti. Pour spaghetti in a buttered 9 x 13 casserole pan. Preheat oven 425 degrees.

2Brown the beef with the onion, garlic, pepper, and jalapeno. Drain. Add meat back to pan. Stir in spices. Add the tomato sauce and cook 2 minutes.

3Pour over spaghetti and top with cheese and cilantro. Bake for about 15 minutes. Until cheese is bubbly and melted.
