Ingredients For southwest stuffed peppers

1 lblean ground beef

1 ccooked rice

3 clink italian sausage caseing removed and chopped up

3/4 cred sweet peppers diced small

1onions diced small

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 cchopped seeded tomatoes

1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 tspcornstarch
-
2 Tbspground cumin
-
1 tspdried oregano

1 ctomato sauce
How To Make southwest stuffed peppers

1Cut 4 peppers lenth wise and clean out the seeds. Blanch the peppers in boiling water for 4 minutes. Pull them out and let them cool. Mix all the ingredients except the tomato sauce. Fill each half of the peppers in a high hill of the pepper place a couple of table spoons of tomato sauce over the top of the beef mix and bake at 350 degrease adding a little sauce over the top as it cooks, until the Filling is cooked. Enjoy.
