How To Make snappy steak

1Preheat the broiler.

2Place the steak on a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.

3In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.

4Broil for 16 to 19 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness beyond that, turning halfway through the cooking.
