First time I seen these they were featured on triple D, since then found them right here in buffalo. So easy and very good!!!!!!

Ingredients For smash sliders

  • 2 1/4 lb
    ground sirloin
  • 1 lg
    onion finely chopped
  • kosher salt
  • pepper
  • 36
    slider buns
  • TOPPINGS
  • sliced dill pickles
  • ketchup
  • mustard

How To Make smash sliders

  • 1
    Form sirloin into 36 meatballs. Pulse onions in processor.

    In hot skillet, cook burgers in batches. Flatten balls with spatula, salt & pepper and sprinkle with onion mix. Mash. Cook for min. Flip mash, cook for another min.

    Top each slider with ketchup mustard and pickles.
