Ingredients For slow cooker swiss cheese meatloaf

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 sm
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    each fine breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 4 slice
    deli swiss chees

How To Make slow cooker swiss cheese meatloaf

  • 1
    Line a slow cooker with foil letting it over hang the outside of cooker.
  • 2
    Mix the ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and salt. Place in slow cooker and top with ketchup. Cook on low for 7 hours. Top with the cheese and cook 30 more minutes.

    Lift meatloaf out with the foil.
