Ingredients For slow cooker salisbury steak

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2
    10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    au jus mix
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make slow cooker salisbury steak

  • 1
    In a large bowl add the ground beef, garlic, dry onion soup mix, bread crumbs and milk. Shape into 6 patties. Add oil to large skillet. Brown the patties on both sides then add to slow cooker.

    Mix the soup, Au Jus packet and water together and pour it over the patties in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours.

    Serve garnished with parsley
